INFOE complies with the Personal Information Protection Law, other related laws and regulations, and guidelines, and pays strict attention to the protection of customers’ personal information that we use in the course of our business, as follows.
1．Specifying the purpose of use
When acquiring personal information, Info Eye Inc. will specify a specific purpose of use and will only use the information to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose. In the event that the purpose of use is changed, such change shall be made within the scope reasonably deemed to have a reasonable relationship to the purpose of use prior to the change.
2．Restrictions by purpose of use
Info Eye Inc. handles personal information it acquires within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. When handling personal information outside the scope of the purpose of use, we will obtain the prior consent of the customer. However, in cases where the handling of personal information is required by law or where the handling of personal information is necessary for the protection of human life, limb, or property, etc.
This does not apply when necessary for protection.
3．Proper Acquisition
Infoi Inc. will acquire personal information in a lawful and fair manner.
4．Notification of Purpose of Use, etc.
When acquiring personal information, INFOI Inc. will notify or publicly announce the purpose of use in advance. The same applies when acquiring personal information from customers who have provided their personal information in writing. If the purpose of use is changed, this will be notified to the customer or publicly announced.
5．Ensuring Accuracy of Data Content
Infoi Inc. will endeavor to keep personal data accurate and up-to-date to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
6．Safety Management Measures
Infoi Inc. will take necessary safety measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to otherwise safely manage personal data.
7．Supervision of Employees
Infoi Inc. will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of employees who handle personal data to ensure the safe management of said personal data.
8．Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In the event that INFOI Inc. provides personal information to a third party other than INFOI Inc. However, this does not apply when required by law or when necessary to protect life, limb, or property.
In the following cases, the person to whom such personal information is provided shall not be considered a third party.
・When the handling of personal data is outsourced, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
・(iii) where personal data is provided as a result of the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.
・(iii) Where personal data is to be jointly used, and the items of personal data to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by such users, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing such personal data are notified to the individual concerned or are made readily accessible to the individual concerned in advance.
9．Disclosure of Personal Data
When a customer requests disclosure of his/her own personal data, INFOI complies with the request without delay. However, in the following cases, all or part of the data may not be disclosed. In the event of a request for disclosure, a fee will be charged. In cases where the disclosure of personal information is necessary to protect the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the customer or a third party, or where there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper execution of the business of INFOI Co.
10．Contact for inquiries, etc.
Info Eye Inc. takes customer inquiries, opinions, and complaints regarding personal information seriously and responds to them appropriately and promptly.

11．System Development
Infoi Inc. appoints a personal information manager and implements the necessary measures to protect personal information. In addition, we conduct regular internal audits to ensure that personal information is being handled appropriately, and strive to maintain and improve the protection of personal information.
12．Education of Employees, etc.
Infoi Inc. will educate and enlighten its directors and employees on the importance of personal information and its proper handling, and will ensure that all necessary measures are taken.
13．Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Infoi Inc. will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and all laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the protection of personal information. In addition, we will establish and comply with internal regulations necessary for the protection of personal information, and continuously improve them in response to changes in the social environment.
