アパレルDX化を加速する株式会社インフォアイインド事務所のClaris FileMaker開発担当者 Bhajanが、知らないうちにClaris FileMakerのExpertの試験に合格していました。
次はServerの試験を受験するとのこと。
とても嬉しいと共に頼もしいです。

Next, they plan to take the Server certification exam.

PL、Kamal姉弟宅に招待してもらいました。
女性が多いお宅で、ビデオでは皆おとなしいですが皆わいわいとかなり楽しい場となりました。
食事はゲストの私だけが食べて、皆がそれを見守りながら話すといういつものラジャスタン形式です。
かねてから学んでいるヒンディー語も披露できました。
Kamalは今年7月にインドトレンドフェアのテクニカルサポートスタッフとして来日します。
非常に楽しみにしています。

I was invited to PL and Kamal’s home. It’s a house with many women. Although everyone seemed quiet in the video, it was actually a very lively and fun gathering. The meal followed the usual Rajasthan style: only I, the guest, ate while everyone else watched and chatted. I also had a chance to use the Hindi I’ve been learning.
Kamal will come to Japan this July as a technical support staff for the India Trend Fair.
We are very much looking forward to it.

開発メンバーのKumbharam と彼の妹の結婚式がありました。 結婚式の少し前に身内に不幸があったため、式典や踊りはありませんでしたが、スタッフも参加し、楽しいひとときとなり、多くの方々がお祝いに駆けつけてくださいました。
添付の写真は彼の妹さんの結婚式のものです。 Kumbharam 自身の結婚式はご家族のみで行われましたが、温かく幸せなものだったと聞いています。
Our development team member, Kumbharam , and his sister both had their weddings.
A little before the weddings, there was a bereavement in the family, so while there were no ceremonies or dancing, the Infoeye staff joined in and it was a joyful occasion.
Many people came to celebrate.
The attached photo is from his sister’s wedding.
Kumbharam’s own wedding was held with just family, but I hear it was a warm and happy event.
インド・ニューデリーにて2025年2月20日（木）〜22日（土）に開催された2025 Japan Expo India in New Delhi に出展しました。
2025年2月14日（金）〜2月17日（月）インドニューデリーにて開催されたインド最大の展示会Bharat Tex 2025に参加しました。
今日はインド事務所のみんなでアイスクリームパーティーを行いました。
パーティーといっても、みんなでアイスクリームを食べるだけですが、
在宅勤務のスタッフもまだまだおり参加できなかったので、その点は少し残念でした。
しかし、キリコムチームとプログラム開発チームが揃ってゆっくり話す機会はなかなかないので、
とても貴重な時間になりました。
また、こんなイベントをちょこちょこ開催したいと思います。
2024年5月24日
今晩（2024年5月21日）、社員のBabluのお家を訪問しました。彼はインフォアイに入社して4年目になります。

過去には、Babluの兄と弟もインフォアイで一緒に働いていました。お兄さんは今年の12月に結婚予定で、できる限り結婚式に出席したいと思っています。
Babluの家では、お母さんが陽気にいろいろとお話ししてくださり、親戚の小さな女の子とのビデオ通話では、私の拙いヒンディー語で会話を楽しみました。また、彼ら兄弟は皆背が高く、まるでバスケットボール選手のようでした。
楽しい時を過ごしました。
2024年5月19日、Raviの自宅に夕食をいただきに訪問しました。
Ravindra Danodiaはインフォアイ入社9年目です。(写真1枚目 右端）
Raviのご家族から温かく歓迎され、同僚たちも一緒に楽しいひとときを過ごしました。
彼の弟Hemant Kumar Danodiaも同じキリコムチームで働いており、彼らは皆とても熱心に業務に取り組んでいます。
最近では、日本語勉強会にも参加しており、将来が楽しみなメンバーたちです。
インドの新しい事務所ビルがほぼ完成しました。
現在、1階のキリコムチームと開発チームの作業スペース、そして3階の私の部屋が利用できる状態です。
2階部分や全体的な内装外装の工事はこれから進める予定で、10月頃までかかりそうです。
とはいえ、コロナ禍でも比較的順調に社員数が増加し、以前の事務所では全員が入りきらず、在宅勤務をお願いすることも多々ありましたが、新しい事務所で全員が同じスペースで働けるようになったのは非常に大きなことです。
私が前職で1992年頃からインドと関わり始めて32年、
2002年にインドと日本で会社を設立してから23年目を迎えました。
この間、一緒に働いてきたメンバーのおかげでここまで来ることができました。
今後はインドの会社が自立して運営できるよう、海外販売にも力を入れていきたいと思います。

Our new office building in India is nearly complete.
Currently, the Kirikom team and the development team have working spaces on the first floor, and my office on the third floor is also ready for use.
The construction of the second floor and the overall interior and exterior finishing are still ongoing and are expected to be completed by around this October.
Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, our employee numbers have been steadily increasing. In our previous office, there wasn’t enough space for everyone, and many had to work from home.
However, with the new office, it’s a significant improvement to have everyone working in the same space.
I have been involved with India since around 1992 in my previous job, and it has been 32 years since then. In 2002,
we established our company in both India and Japan, and now we are in our 23rd year.
We couldn’t have come this far without the support of our dedicated team.
Moving forward, we aim to strengthen our overseas sales to ensure that our Indian company can operate independently.
